Square Says They Are Waiting On Sony For Final PS3 Hardware

According to Joystiq, at a recent FFXI conference in Japan, fans got to ask Square questions about the MMORPG. Included in those questions was a bit about what kind of game FFXI would be on the Playstation 3. Square then proceeded to say that Sony had not even given them the final hardware yet so they were unsure what shape the game would take on the Sony next-gen console. Sony needs to step it up if they are going to make that "Spring" launch.
